How long will it take before I receive my order?
For in stock items, orders will be processed immediately and shipped within 1-3 days excluding Sundays. Please allow 5-7 days for standard USPS shipping unless a priority shipping method is selected at checkout. However, your package may arrive sooner. Tracking will be provided once your order has shipped. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us by using the contact form at the top or bottom of this page.

I would like to return my item. How do I do so?
We are sorry to hear that :( Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We gladly will return or exchange your item within 15 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days dependent on your bank. If not approved, we will return item to you in the condition it was received.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
